Terms of service
These terms are between you and UP-STRIDE, trading as Kerpow ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them. If you use Kerpow for a business or for clients, you confirm you can accept these terms on their behalf.
The pilot
Kerpow is currently in pilot and free to use. Features may change while we build it. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before any charges begin, and you can close your account at any time.
Your content
- You own your content and brand materials. You give us permission to use them only to run Kerpow for you.
- You must have the rights to anything you upload or ask Kerpow to read, and to the social accounts you connect.
- AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for checking posts before you approve them. Kerpow only publishes approved posts.
Acceptable use
Do not use Kerpow to:
- break the law or any social network's rules;
- publish misleading, hateful, or infringing content;
- impersonate real people, or create likenesses of real people without their consent;
- send spam, or try to break or overload the service.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Third-party services
Kerpow publishes through the social networks' own systems. Their availability and rules are outside our control, and they may change what can be posted.
Liability
We provide Kerpow with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
